The Waterfalls of Olafur Eliasson: a video by Tim Cone

The Waterfalls by the artist Olafur Eliasson, having cost $15 million to install for a few months along the East River in 2008, might seem to belong more to the era of prosperity that was coming to an end, than to the oncoming financial crisis.  Yet in my latest video, I make the case that these Waterfalls are part of the esthetic of our economic hard times.
